- אֲבִישְׁנָא
- אַבְשוּנָא, אֲבִישְׁנָאm. (אבש = יבש) something dried; parched or dried ears of grain. Meg.7b; Ps. 39b קמחא דא׳ flour of roasted ears. Ib. 40a חצבא דאבשו׳ Ar. (ed. אבי׳) a basin wherein ears are roasted.
